“My mission as a coach is motivate, encourage, and help people build confidence in themselves by treating your body as it deserves.  I grew up in the typical American household, thinking we were eating “healthy”… I experimented fad diets for myself (Hello Crazy Low Carb Diet!) – feeling horrible, worn down, exhausted – how was I supposed to train for a half marathon when I could barely keep my eyes open?  I realized that these fad diets forced down our throats these days weren’t giving me the fuel I needed to be the best I could be.  It wasn’t until I started CrossFit did I learn that I could use food to feel better than I have ever felt before, literally.  From there, I decided to dedicate my time to learning anything and everything I could about health & fitness.  I am a crossfitter, cyclist, nature explorer, dog lover, new mom that knows that the right food is the right fuel to get through anything life throws at me.

Proper nutrition is meant to make us feel great… I want to share this with the world!  You don’t have to feel run down, tired, sleepless, & cranky.  You are meant to feel energized, happy, rested!  I have never felt better in my life & I want you all to feel this same way!”

“I have spent the past 5 years working towards becoming an expert on fitness and nutrition. My journey began as a novice CrossFit competitor, and from there, I fell in love with fitness and I knew I wanted to learn as much as I could. Fast forward a few years later to today, I am now a competitive Olympic weightlifter in the -63kg weight class. As a lifter, it is so important to keep my diet in check so that I can be as competitive as possible while maintaining my weight class. This is what finally led me to learn more about nutrition and how I can use it to my advantage, and eventually, share it with all of you so you can use it to your advantage too! I am a fitness coach, nutrition counselor, and soon-to-be mom, but I am also a client of FFF and this is how I know what we are doing works!”
